The Michigan pizza franchise wraps up another season of supporting Michigan International Speedway

It’s a recipe for fun: racing and pizza. Since 2011, Cottage Inn Pizza has sponsored the events at the Michigan International Speedway (MIS), where the Michigan pizza franchise, headquartered in Ann Arbor, was again the preferred pizza provider for the 2017 season.

Debbie Masse, Senior Vice President of Cottage Inn, says that the Michigan pizza franchise is a strong believer in supporting community and state events. The MIS sponsorship was just one full-throttle example of this commitment and was an especially gratifying partnership for Cottage Inn Pizza with the shared local roots of both organizations. Across the Wolverine State and the rest of the country, Cottage Inn locations are a mainstay of their communities and give generously to area schools and nonprofit organizations and causes.

The Michigan International Speedway is a world-class racing facility and is NASCAR’s fastest track and the associated NASCAR national park is a gathering place for racing fans of all stripes. Cottage Inn Pizza turned out in full force at the racing events this year, making and selling pizzas in large volumes.

“This was our sixth year participating and we’ve loved being part of the event as it has grown,” says Masse of Cottage Inn’s 2017 commitment to MIS. “Our office team worked with the store employees to provide thousands of pizzas in a two-day span.”

Cottage Inn Pizza offers more than 30 varieties of gourmet pizzas with crusts made from a proprietary recipe. While the Michigan pizza franchise delivers outstanding food, its enduring commitment to community service continues to be one of its driving principles.
