Free Pizza for a Year Contest – Official Rules

1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Cottage Inn Pizza, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period:
The contest begins and ends on October 16th, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of this time will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
No purchase necessary. To enter: Entrants must submit a physical ticket at the store location on October 16th, 2025. Limit one entry per person.
4. Prize Description:
One (1) winner will receive “Free Pizza for a Year,” defined as one (1) large pizza per week for fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks, redeemable only at Cottage Inn Pizza Lake Orion, 620 N Lapeer Rd, Lake Orion, MI 48362. Approximate retail value (ARV): $987.48. Prize consists solely of one (1) large pizza (standard menu item) per week. Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. Unused weekly pizzas do not carry over and cannot be combined or redeemed in bulk. Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons, or promotions. Prize valid only for in-person redemption at Cottage Inn Pizza Lake Orion, 620 N Lapeer Rd, Lake Orion, MI 48362. Substitutions not permitted, except at sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winner will be selected via announcement on Cottage Inn Pizza Lake Orion Facebook page on the day of the drawing. If winner does not respond within three (3) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Cottage Inn Pizza Lake Orion, which are final. Cottage Inn Pizza Lake Orion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if it becomes impossible to complete as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control.
7. Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Cottage Inn Pizza Lake Orion permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Cottage Inn Pizza Lake Orion and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries. Acceptance of the prize constitutes acceptance of all responsibility for use and enjoyment of the prize.
