HOW DO I EARN COTTAGE INN REWARDS?
With any qualifying purchase online or in-store, you will earn one point for each $1 spent. After you earn enough points, you can start unlocking rewards.
I EARNED A REWARD; HOW DO I REDEEM IT?
To use a reward online, sign in to your online profile
- Select the item that you’d like to redeem and add it to your cart
- Navigate to your available rewards and click “Redeem”
- Confirm that the reward applies to the items in your cart
- Complete the checkout process and enjoy!
To use a reward over the phone or in-store, follow the steps below:
- Open the Cottage Inn Rewards app
- Choose your reward
- Tap “Redeem”
- Confirm that you are ready and tap “Redeem Now”
- A code will appear on your device. Show the cashier your code before you pay to apply it to your order.
WHY DO YOU ASK FOR MY LOCATION INFORMATION?
We understand that privacy is important. We use your location information to connect you with the nearest Cottage Inn restaurants so your ordering experience is fast and easy.
HOW DO PENDING POINTS WORK?
Points are awarded after a 24 hour period to ensure that the order is confirmed as a qualifying order.
HOW AM I NOTIFIED I HAVE AN AVAILABLE REWARD?
We’d hate for you to miss out on our gourmet offers. You’ll be notified in the Cottage Inn Rewards app, via email, or by push notification, depending on the offer.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Any time you order online or over the phone, your account will automatically earn points. If you place an order in-store, you can scan the barcode at the bottom of your receipt.
WHY DIDN’T I GET MY REWARD FOR REFERRING A FRIEND?
Rewards are only rewarded to you after your friend makes a qualifying purchase.
DO MY COTTAGE INN REWARDS EXPIRE?
Yes. Rewards will expire after 180 days of inactivity.
I’M A MEMBER OF COTTAGE INN REWARDS BUT DIDN’T HAVE THE APP WHEN I MADE A PURCHASE. CAN I STILL EARN POINTS?
Points can be earned by scanning the barcode at the bottom of your receipt or typing in the barcode number in the app. You have up to 3 days after your purchase to scan your receipt and still earn points.
THE TOTAL ON MY RECEIPT WAS HIGHER THAN THE POINTS I RECEIVED. WHY?
You will earn points for the items you purchase, not the total on the receipt which may include taxes and fees.
WHERE CAN I SEE HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE EARNED?
You can see your current points in the Cottage Inn Rewards app or online after you sign in to your Cottage Inn Rewards profile.
WHAT DOESN’T QUALIFY FOR A POINT REWARD?
Gift cards, non-food items (including taxes and fees), and alcohol purchases do not qualify for points.

I HAVE MULTIPLE REWARDS. CAN I APPLY THEM ALL TO ONE PURCHASE TO COVER THE COST OF MOST OF MY PURCHASE?
You can only redeem one reward per order; redeeming two or more rewards in a single purchase is not allowed.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER?
Unfortunately, you’re not allowed to change your email or phone # after account registration. If you believe your email address or phone # was used for another account, please contact us here.
CAN I COMBINE MY ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER?
Accounts cannot be combined.
I AM NOT ABLE TO SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT ON THE APP OR ONLINE, WHAT DO I DO?

DO I NEED A SMARTPHONE TO BE A COTTAGE INN REWARDS MEMBER?
Cottage Inn Rewards doesn’t require a smartphone. Just click here to sign up or log in to use the Rewards program online. Please make sure you add a phone number (not necessarily a cell phone #) to your account so you can provide it at the restaurant when ordering.
WHY DIDN’T I EARN POINTS WHEN I BOUGHT MY GIFT CARD?
Points can only be earned by making food purchases. Gift cards, merchandise or other non-food items will not count towards rewards.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY REWARD?
You will receive your reward on your birthday and it will be active for 7 days.
