The new restaurant is located at 32397 Van Dyke in Warren, MI. It is owned and operated by Jeff and Andrew Marguiles, who are excited to serve the community.

A family-owned Business
The Marguiles brothers operate a family commercial real estate business where they develop and manage retail properties. This year, they are ready to take on a new challenge — taking the pizza industry by storm! “We’ve been considering opening something in one of our buildings for a while. As longtime Cottage Inn fans and customers, we think it will be a great start,” says Andrew Marguiles. “We’re excited to get it up and running. I think it will be a really good fit for us.”
In the future, they hope to expand the Cottage Inn Pizza franchise and bring our gourmet menu to other Michigan cities. “A lot of our locations could really use a Cottage Inn Pizza,” says Andrew.
